Travel run and find
Print off the travel where go cards. Place the cards randomly around the room. Divide the class into pairs. One Ss is a runner the other is a writer. The writer puts numbers 1 to 12 into their notebooks. The runner then needs to run around the room, finding all 12 different cards. When they find a card, the Ss needs to remember the name and destination on it. The Ss then runs back and tells their partner in Japanese in a full sentence eg. The card has 'Yuuki' and a picture of a park. The Ss needs to say "Yuuki san wa koen ni ikimasu." The writer writes down Yuuki and koen (park). The winner is the Ss who first writes down all 12 different names and destinations. EXTRA: Check the winning pairs answers by asking where each person will go, in front of the rest of the class. If the other Ss in the class also had the person and destination then they get a point. Find out who came 2nd and 3rd etc. Created by I Foley |
